This evening's been a rather "ranty" one for me. After toastmasters, I spent a few minutes back in the office finishing off for the day. In the process, I downloaded a whole bunch of video's from Youtube for later viewing. I digress, so I'll the video list at the end of this post. Anyhoo...I drove off to pick my wife up from my father-in-laws place. 

The TV was tuned to hindi soapies on Sky Plus as usual and believe you me, the shows are the crappiest things you'll ever see on television. More on that tomorrow. It ticked me off and changed my mood to a "ranty" one. What's a ranty mood I hear you ask?

Well a ranty mood is when one gets pissed off about something and continues to rant about anything and everything for a certain amount of time there after. My ranting continued when driving back home I stopped at a couple service stations to find a decent tub of ice-cream I might enjoy. All I found was Vanilla flavoured Tuckers crap!

Anyway, I am calmly writing this, so my ranty mood is over.

Earlier in the evening, the Toastmasters session was fantastic. I was assigned to evaluate a speech by one of our new members, Alex from Shawnee, Kansas. He is currently in the country for the US Embassy project on Princess Road, Tamavua. He gave his first speech for his ATM-Gold award from Speciality Speeches manual. The topic I gave him was "Kabul, Afghanistan", but he very cunningly spoke about it, and moved on to subjects more interesting. Must I say, that he is a brilliant speech maker. I am looking forward to a tenth speech next week. Toastmasters is getting interesting again There seems renewed interest, as we had four guests today.

Now for the Youtube video's I enjoyed this evening. I am a big Top Gear fan, so all the videos are related to Top Gear. More specifically, they are videos of Jeremy Clarkson's interviews on couple of different British TV shows.
